About the job:

As the Social Media Specialist, you will work directly with our Social Media Director to establish and maintain client relationships by acting as a workflow manager and strategic social media consultant.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Nurturing strong client relationships by delivering high-quality and timely work, whilst collaborating with your team.
  • Project managing content and advertising campaigns.
  • Managing workflow to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of high-quality work.
  • Playing an active role in paid media planning and implementation, content planning and implementation, moderation and reporting.
  • Being the expert in social media news and trends and sharing your insights with the team.
  • Developing social media strategies, workshops and reviews for clients.

 

About YOU:

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who is ready to hit the ground running. For this role, you ideally have experience managing both paid and organic social media activity across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. We’re looking for someone with a passion for social media and motivation to learn on the job. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, is process-driven and loves being both creative and analytical. Ideally, they also have at least 2 years’ experience managing clients or stakeholders and are used to managing their time across multiple projects at once.
