The ideal candidate will have a solid agency background along with the perfect mix of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, project management know-how and client relationship skills needed to deliver a range of digital projects for a diverse mix of clients.

We’re not just Agency of the Year 2021 winners, we also like to think we’re a pretty great place to work with flexible working hours to facilitate better life balance.  Our Senior Digital Specialist is a flexible role working 3-5 days/week, with specific days and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning and resource management of projects including documentation (briefs, project specifications, reporting, recommendations etc.)
  • Meticulously balance project management (internal team, external suppliers, budget, deadline etc.) with exceptional account service including effectively preparing for and managing client meetings and presentations
  • Provide versatile digital strategy and planning expertise for small, medium and large website projects (e.g. landing pages through to complex and eCommerce websites)
  • Demonstrate sound creative judgement; protect the integrity of creative work from brief to execution to deliver high quality digital projects (websites, digital technology and products, digital content etc.)
  • Develop, cost, produce and deliver tailored digital campaign solutions based on client budgets, expectations and technical requirements
  • Manage delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure services are delivered according to defined scope and timeline
  • Produce regular reports (with an analytical approach, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with our communications, media and creative teams to deliver best-practice digital thinking and executions for both digital only and digitally integrated campaigns
  • Develop processes and systems to improve our offering and ensure ongoing industry leading solutions
  • Prepare and present new business proposals for digital projects
  • Support the Head of Digital in management of all required financials, department management and ongoing improvement

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Specialist. Someone with at least five years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll need to be talented and nice. Still with us? Read on.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU’LL HAVE
  • 5+ years diverse digital production experience including but not limited to managing website projects, producing strategic digital campaigns and providing clients with strategic digital thinking based on their business challenges
  • Agency experience is essential
  • Exceptional project and client management skills
  • A multi-tasker with a go-getter, can-do attitude
  • Assertive with the confidence to act autonomously
  • Strategic, connected thinking and problem solving
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic digital solutions
  • At home in a fast-paced advertising agency environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and drive to deliver work to the highest standard
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple competing demands on schedule
  • Strong digital foundation with a willingness to learn
  • Confident with key analytics tools and analysing data to derive insights
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and act on trends
  • Experience using and the ability to quickly learn how to use a variety of software including project management tools, content management systems, and data & insights platforms
