Senior Strategic Planner Claire Dewhurst has joined Rare, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience gained across multiple facets of the advertising and communications industry, including strategy, research, branding and creative projects. Six of those years were spent deeply embedded in the media industry with News Corp and Nine, and agency side with Match & Wood where she interrogated client media spends to maximise ROI.
“Uncovering human truths has always been the heart of my career,” Dewhurst said, “whether at the coalface in a market research role, media partner side looking at consumer behaviours and attitudes, or media agency side looking at target audience media consumption behaviours and designing a channel strategy that best fits.”
Dewhurst has worked on a number of WA’s largest clients in those roles, including national brand Bedshed while at Nine, helping HBF in partnership across various media platforms, and Synergy media planning and insight development.
