We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator to join Perth’s award winning and largest independent full-service creative advertising agency. Our independence sets us apart at Rare and allows us to put people at the heart of everything we do.
As the Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator, you will work directly with our Accountant to coordinate office management and other administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the agency. You will also be an integral part of the finance and administrative team assisting with some accounts payable, administration, and diary management.
You’re a juggler and a multi-tasker with administrative skills that would impress anyone. As a Finance & Admin Coordinator you’ll be the go to person in the agency for admin support tasks. You’ll also have a basic understanding of financial reports, with the ability to prioritise important tasks. Overall, you’re a do-er and you’re ready to hit the ground running.
