Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator to join Perth’s award winning and largest independent full-service creative advertising agency. Our independence sets us apart at Rare and allows us to put people at the heart of everything we do.

As the Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator, you will work directly with our Accountant to coordinate office management and other administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the agency. You will also be an integral part of the finance and administrative team assisting with some accounts payable, administration, and diary management.

Your Responsibilities can include
  • File and enter Supplier Invoices on a daily basis.
  • Review Staff Expense Claims and enter Expense Claims for the Board of Directors.
  • Assist the Finance team with End of Month tasks.
  • Coordinate our exciting and diverse Festive Calendar events!
  • Assist the Board of Directors, particularly the Managing director, with diary management.
  • Assist the People & Culture team with on-and-off-boarding tasks.
  • Coordinate the agency’s office administration needs, including phone calls, office orders, and business travel.
About YOU

You’re a juggler and a multi-tasker with administrative skills that would impress anyone. As a Finance & Admin Coordinator you’ll be the go to person in the agency for admin support tasks. You’ll also have a basic understanding of financial reports, with the ability to prioritise important tasks. Overall, you’re a do-er and you’re ready to hit the ground running.

Skills & Experience
  • Preferred but not essential to have experience in diary/calendar management.
  • Preferred but not essential to have some finance or admin experience.
  • High level attention to detail, friendly and professional phone manner, and strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
